Claim or refund
To request a refund, write to us within 7 days of your order and include the order number shown in your confirmation email. Once approved, the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days.

What is a digital business card?
It's a smart digital profile that gathers all your details. Instead of giving a piece of paper, you share a link or a unique QR Code. Your contact instantly accesses your information and can save you to their contacts in one click.
Is it compatible with all phones?
Yes, absolutely. Since it is a web technology, your card works on all smartphones (iPhone and Android), tablets, and computers. You just need an internet connection to view your profile via a standard browser.
Is there a subscription to pay?
Currently, purchasing your Publicard card gives you lifetime access to the service, with no annual subscription. An annual subscription of 19,99€ will be introduced later for new customers; customers who have already ordered will keep their lifetime access.
How do ordering and card customization work?
You can order your digital business card directly from the Digital Card page. Once payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your card is immediately available in your client area, under the My cards section.

Yes. Once published, your digital business card is accessible everywhere in the world, regardless of your location or that of your contacts.
The sharing and access system remains the same: link, QR code, or NFC card (if applicable). Your information is available instantly, without geographical restrictions.

Do my clients need to download an app?
No, never! That's the whole point. Your profile opens directly in their usual internet browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.). Sharing is smooth, fast, and without technical barriers.
Can I change my information after purchase?
Yes, infinitely and in real-time. If you change your number, position, or social networks, you update your profile from your client area. Your contacts will always see the most recent information without you having to change your link.
How can I customize my card?
Thanks to our online editor, you can upload your logo, choose your colors, add a profile photo, a banner, and even a presentation video. You have full control over your digital brand image.
Can I order multiple cards at the same time?
Yes, it is quite possible. When ordering, you can choose the number of cards you want to purchase according to your needs or those of your team.
What types of NFC cards do you offer?
We offer three NFC card materials: PVC, wood, and metal. Each card features an NFC chip encoded with your contact information and offers an aesthetic finish and durability suitable for professional use.
What is the difference between an NFC card in PVC, wood and metal?
The PVC card is light, resistant, and ideal for daily use. The wood card stands out for its natural and elegant look. The metal card offers a premium finish and very high robustness for a strong visual impact.
What information is recorded in the NFC card?
The NFC card directly contains your contact details: name, phone number, email address, postal address, and other professional information. When scanned, this data can be instantly saved to the smartphone's contact list.
Is an app or internet connection required to use the NFC card?
No. The card works without an application and without an internet connection. Since the information is stored directly in the NFC chip, simple contact with a compatible smartphone is enough to display or save the contact details.

Security is our priority. Your data is hosted on secure servers in Europe, in accordance with GDPR. You remain in control of your information and can modify or delete your profile at any time.

Yes. We offer solutions for teams to manage multiple profiles from a single dashboard. This allows for uniform branding for all your collaborators in just a few clicks.
Is it possible to gift or send a card to another person?
Yes, you can transfer an ordered card very simply. From your client account, a dedicated share button generates a link and a unique password. You just need to pass them on to the recipient so they can claim and set up their own card.
Is it possible to transfer a card with its content?
Yes, transferred or gifted cards include their current content. You can therefore fully customize the card before sending it to its recipient. If you prefer to transfer a blank card, you just need to reset it before generating the sharing link.
Can I save my design for other cards?
Yes. Once your design is finished, you can save it as a Personal Template. You can then apply this template in 1 click to all your future cards or those of your collaborators to save time.
