We offer a refund if the request is made within 7 calendar days from order confirmation.

How do I request a refund?

The request email must specify the order number, which appears in the order confirmation email received after purchase.

After the request has been approved, we issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

Requests received after the 7-day period are not eligible for this refund guarantee.
